I ship worldwide! In all shipments the customer will be responsible for shipping costs including customs. Shipping timelines depend on which shipping company is used, (UPS, Canada Post, Fedex etc.) and how far the artwork is travelling.

I will be shipping artwork in an appropriate sized box with proper protection to prevent damage. However, sometimes due to shipping errors, art can arrive damaged. Fortunately, I make sure all packages are insured and tracked in case of loss or damage occurs. If anything happens to the  artwork, the customer will be notified with possible solutions. Solutions could include a remake or refund.

All sales are final. No returns on any artwork, however if something arrives damaged, appropriate solutions will be offered. Only functional resin art can be exchanged for another piece of the same value, or store credit as long as the product is not damaged. The customer will be responsible for postage costs. 

I live with a chronic illness, and is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in the commission process. Due to the unpredictable nature of my condition, I may need to take breaks  during work sessions. To ensure that these breaks do not impact your project time line, I schedule larger time slots than anticipated to accommodate my condition while managing multiple projects. This approach helps me deliver quality work within expected timelines despite potential health fluctuations. If you have any questions in regards to the nature of my chronic  illness, you may ask questions in a respectful manor. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I retain the exclusive intellectual rights, and copyright to the artwork in all media/technology created now or that may develop in the future. When you purchase my work, you do not have permission to reproduce, exhibit, advertise, broadcast, display, distribute and create derivative  works of artwork. If you wish to use artwork for any of the listed purposes, additional arrangements would have to be made between you and I, where additional fees may apply.

In efforts to protect artwork from art theft, I will always include a watermark on images posted online, as well as an anti-AI filter, I encourage all customers who re-post artwork to add watermarks to the image as well (I can also send an image with my watermark for your  personal use).
