Group Exhibition
I am part of the group art exhibition at The Station Gallery, Whitby between June 23-Oct 19 2025. The artwork included in the show is "Memorial", which was also displayed during the opening of the Legion Experience Museum in 2022.

Solo Exhibition
My solo exhibition called Beneath The Surface at Ontario shores during the month of September 2025. I live with chronic illness and invisible disabilities, which are experiences that deeply shape my art. Beneath the Surface is both a personal expression and a call to bring awareness to the hidden realities of mental health, chronic illness, and invisible disability. Plein Air Art Competition
On Jun 21 2025, I participated in a 3 hour live painting competition at Riverwood Park in Mississauga. It was such a fun experience!

Art of Possibilities 2025
So happy to be part of the Art of Possibilities Show again in 2025. "Side Gaze", "Bumble", and "Woman" were displayed in the group exhibition in Minnesota, USA.

10th Spring Art Festival - Camp Samac
So happy to have participated in the annual art show and sale at Camp Samac in Oshawa, ON.
Award Winner
Highland Cow won best drawing during the March PleinAir Salon Competition, in the drawing category. I was then published in their magazine.
Red Dot Art Fair

Art Battle
I was honoured to participate in an Art Battle Event at the Art Gallery of Hamilton on October 31, 2024! My first time speed painting. Artists have 20 minutes to complete their painting, and the viewers vote who will move on to the next round! Although I did not win, I had lots of fun and met lots of amazing artists. It was a great learning experience on speed painting, and I hope to come back for a second try! Thank you for all who came out to support your local artists.
Group Exhibition
I am proud to announce that in October 2024, I was invited to participate in a group exhibition at Ontario Shores. This art exhibition displays artwork made by patients at Ontario Shores. The two paintings that were in the group show are Inner Clarity, and Soul In Bloom.
News Appearance
Global News Durham did a segment on the group exhibition at Ontario Shores. I was one of the few that were interviewed about art and art therapy. My part is towards the end of the video. So happy to be able to continue spreading awareness of mental health.
The Story Isn't Over; - Art Exhibition
In September 2024, I had a solo exhibition at Ontario Shores. This art exhibition is an intimate exploration of the journey through mental health. Through vibrant colours, dynamic compositions, and deeply personal symbolism, the exhibition seeks to not only express my own healing process but also to inspire and resonate with others on their paths to mental wellness.

Award
I was so happy and honoured to win second place in the graphics category in the Art of Possibilities Show 2024, based in Minnesota, USA. This show is open internationally for artists living with disabilities. I am someone living with an invisible disability called Fibromyalgia, as well as a few types of chronic illnesses. It is awesome to participate in something that brings awareness to all kinds of disabilities. My raven drawing drawing is the art piece that won!
